What Uscenes Does

Uscenes makes and licenses ambient videos: real recordings of aquariums, fireplaces and nature scenes, filmed since 2013, that turn any TV or screen into a calming display. Every video is a one-time MP4 download in 4K UHD and Full HD — no ads, no subscription, no streaming fees.

What Exactly Do You Get?

A downloadable MP4 video file (HEVC/H.265 codec, compatible with all modern smart TVs, media players, digital signage and computers), in both 4K and 1080p. The camera never moves, so the video loops with a barely noticeable seam. Download it once, keep it forever, and re-download anytime. Files are completely free of branding, logos or promo text.

How Do People Use Uscenes Videos?

At home: loop a fish tank, log fire or nature window on the TV when it's not being watched. Copy the file to a USB stick, plug into the TV, press Repeat — that's it.

In business: waiting rooms, receptions, lobbies, spas, bars and treatment rooms. Fish tanks are common in dental and medical waiting rooms because they genuinely calm people; our videos give you that effect with zero maintenance. Our first-ever business customer was a local clinic of four doctors — they were still playing the same aquarium daily five years later.

How Does the Licensing Work?

Simple. Permanent. Audit-proof. Most ambient videos online are for personal use only — playing them in a public or commercial space without a Public Performance License risks copyright complications. Every Uscenes purchase includes a per-location license: show the video on as many screens as you like at one location, for up to 300 viewers per day. Multiple locations? Just select the number of locations when buying. Broadcast or in-flight use? Contact us for a quote.

Who's Behind Uscenes?

Uscenes was co-founded in 2013 and our footage is filmed by us around the world — including award-winning filmmaker Rashad Al-Safar, who built and filmed the real reef tank behind our best-known video. Its promo has over 7 million views on YouTube, our channel has around 19 million views in total, and our work has appeared wall-size on the CBS show Pure Genius and, for two years, in the Emirates first-class lounge an on every screen on every seat.
