Uscenes refund policy

Before purchasing any of our products we recommend trying our free download samples. Once you have attempted to download your purchase no refunds can be offered, unless you spend time with our support helping to get it working. We only have incompatibility issues once every 2 months and even then there is a 96% chance we will help you get it working.

Windows Screensavers Refunds

Refunds are not available for our screensavers once you have begun downloading them. You have the option to watch the screensavers before purchasing. Our screensavers are not supported on Mac OS or Linux. If you have not attempted to download your screensaver, you have 14 days to ask for a refund. Uscenes refund policy for MP4 Videos Refunds are also not available for videos. This is again because of the fact you may watch the video first on our Youtube demo clips. You are advised to read our FAQ page before buying. This is because some old TVs will not be able to play MP4 files from a USB stick or hard drive (extremely rare in 2024). It is often necessary to use a media player and streaming device. You can also check your TV instruction manual for formats your set can play. We have sample MP4 clips which are free and you may test these before purchase. The demo clips can be found by clicking here. Requesting a Refund If you have any questions about our Refund and Return Policy please email us at info{@}uscenes.com or fill in the form here and we will usually get back to you within 24 hours. A refund will only be given where no attempt to download the product has occurred or the file is not working properly or as described. Please be aware that customers must provide evidence in the form of a video or screenshot to confirm the product has malfunctioned. We also require customers to work with us to solve the problem before a refund can be considered. If we cannot provide a working replacement, a refund will be given. Returns All of our products are digital downloads so there is no returns policy. Once downloaded you have used the product.
